• Can I place an order here if I do not live in Hong Kong or Macau?

Yes, we welcome all customers to purchase from our Website no matter where they live. However, our delivery service is limited to Hong Kong and Macau delivery only.

• What delivery options are available and cost?

To-door delivery is available for all types of Goods.

SF Store pick up is available for jewellery items only. However, where SF, our engaged courier service provider, ceases or suspends to-door delivery services, we will provide an option of SF Store pick up for timepiece items as well.

Delivery charge of HK$50 will be charged per order regardless number of items purchased and delivery option. Free delivery if order for purchase over HK$500.  

Delivery address and SF Store must be within Hong Kong or Macau (but excluding Non-Delivery Area).

Non-Delivery Area means restricted area as determined by the government of Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR from time to time, post office box, locker, hotel, library, vacant flat, or such other similar locations. In the event of any disputes as to the Non-Delivery Area, our decision shall be final and conclusive.

• How many days will I receive the order?

After we receive your order, we will process your order as soon as possible.

When we accept your order and your order is ready for delivery, we will email you [a delivery confirmation]. In normal circumstances, it usually takes within 5 to 7 working days after placing order.  Please note that any delivery estimates given are estimates only. The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of our courier service providers.

• Can I track & trace the delivery status?

You can track your order by inputting the tracking code provided in our [delivery confirmation email] into the website of the courier service provider.

• How can I contact your Customer Service if there are any questions regarding the shipping?

• Can I purchase and send the Goods as a gift directly to the recipient?

If you wish the gift recipient receives the gift directly, you must provide the name, address, and correct contact no. of the recipient since the courier service provider needs to send a 6-digit SMS password from the recipient to complete the delivery.
